The Process
1. Initial Consultation
Submit photos and details of your piece through our inquiry form. We will review the condition, construction, and restoration potential before scheduling a consultation.
2. Assessment & Proposal
After reviewing your piece in person (or via detailed photography), we provide a written restoration proposal outlining scope of work, materials, timeline, and investment.
3. Restoration
Once approved, your piece enters the Walkwood atelier. Every restoration follows our standard: structural integrity first, then finish, hardware, and interior detailing. We document the process and provide updates as milestones are reached.
4. Delivery & Care
Your restored piece is returned with white-glove delivery, a detailed care guide, and documentation of the work completed.
Investment
Private restoration pricing is determined by the scope of work required. Factors include piece size, condition, material needs, and complexity of finish. A detailed proposal is provided before any work begins. No surprises.
